This dairy-free, sugar-free version of the classic dessert, made with pure raw, healthy ingredients, tastes great and can quench your craving for chocolate without the side effects. Use it as a snack, a spread, for dipping or dessert. Suitable for all seasons. It supplies healthy fat, fiber and enzymes.
- 1 avocado
- 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 1 banana
- pinch of salt (optional)
- Mix ingredients and blend in food processor or blender until smooth.
Garnish with raspberries, sliced strawberries, coconut flakes, your favorite nuts or other berries. If you can’t find raw cacao powder, you can replace with other unsweetened chocolate powder.
For a more dark chocolate flavor, you can add a second teaspoon of cacao powder. For a richer texture, add a teaspoon of coconut butter.
