Activator Methods: This technique uses an instrument, the activator, to adjust the joints of the body where imbalances/subluxations are found from a leg-length test.

Biokinesiology (BK): BK corrections address many different types of imbalances by stimulating the nervous system at specific points such as the back of the neck where the base of the brainstem extends through the 1st and 2nd vertebrae.

Dr. Hulda Clark's work ("The Cure for all Disease"): Dr. Hulda Clark's work in the area of toxicities and pathogens (parasites, bacteria, etc. - killed with a "zapper") has made significant contributions to understanding how many disease conditions develop. Clinical Kinesiology (CK): CK, founded by Dr. Alan Beardall, developed out of AK and uses a faster approach to getting information from the body through the use of hand modes (hand and finger positions) and specific tests not found in AK.

Contact Reflex Analysis (CRA): CRA is a muscle testing technique that uses nutrition to restore proper body chemistry along with adjustments, energetic devices, and other therapies to heal the body.

Metabolic Typing ("Metabolic Typing Diet"): This individualized nutritional guide assesses the metabolic or body type of a person, eliminating the one-size-fits-all approach of many diets commonly found.

Nambudripad Allergy Elimination Technique (NAET): Dr. Nambudripad believes that allergies are the primary cause of all disease and uses correction of sensitivities to basic items such as vitamins and minerals (if present).

Neuro-Emotional Technique (NET): Dr. Scott Walker founded this technique, along with the "home run formula", to clear emotional blocks (found with muscle testing) that interfere with the body's ability to heal itself.

Sacro-Occipital Technique (SOT): This technique combines reflex/organ point treatments with the use of pelvic blocks to restore proper function to the cranial/sacral respiratory system.

Standard Process: Founded by Royal Lee, DDS, in the earlier part of the 1900's, this is one of the oldest supplement companies in business and offers possibly the best line of whole food based supplements available.

Total Body Modification (TBM): This is a comprehensive approach to health care encompassing the first extensive allergy corrections in the world of muscle testing, unique corrections such as "rib torque" and restoring proper sugar metabolism.
